Have your Helite Airvest serviced with a full check, wash and clean.
How it works
- Book in below, select your service start date
- Ensure you post your Airvest to us by that date
- We check service and clean your Airvest (Turnaround is within 10 working days of the start date)
- If we find any issues or repairs are required we will contact you with any additional
- costs. We then post back your refreshed air vest.
Options available for us to send you a hire jacket whilst yours is in for service.
Please Note: Any jackets received without being booked in below will be held until you call or book in below.

Description
The need for general servicing is very much dependent on their use, condition and how they are maintained. We recommend more frequent servicing in the following circumstances;

Turnaround
Our usual servicing turnaround for the majority of vests and jackets is just 7-10 working days (from the start date you select at purchase).
Hire jackets and vests are available should you need a replacement whilst your garment is being serviced.
Please Note: Do not use Royal Mail to deliver the vest to us, due to it containing a CO2 canister.

When we service your air jacket or vest we check the following items;
We wash and clean all air vests and jackets; they will be returned to you with a service report documenting our findings.
We will contact you directly should there be any issues.

If you select to hire a vest whilst yours is in for a service included in the price we will send out a Hire Vest to your by your selected start date.
The hire vest will be one of the following:
- Helite Original Airvest.
- Helite Turtle 1 Airvest.
- Helite Turtle 2 Airvest.
Once you receive your fully serviced airvest back you must return the hire jacket to us, with 5 working days

Order Processing
All orders are subject to availability and acceptance. Orders placed before 12:00 pm (GMT) on working days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays) are typically processed and dispatched the same day. Orders placed after this time will be processed on the next working day.
Delivery Methods and Timescales
• Standard UK Delivery: Estimated delivery within 2 working days after dispatch. DPD tracked services.
• Express UK Delivery: Available for most orders placed before 12:00 pm (GMT). Delivery is usually made on the next working day (Monday–Friday).
• International Delivery: We deliver to most countries using tracked courier services. Delivery times vary depending on destination and local customs processes.
All delivery times stated are estimates only. We shall not be liable for delays outside our reasonable control (e.g., courier disruptions, customs delays, or force majeure events).

REGISTER YOUR AIRBAG AND BENEFIT FROM OUR 4 YEAR WARRANTY.
All Helite Airbag products are CE certified and come with a 2 year warranty. We also offer a 4 year extended warranty on the airbag component only when you register your airbag.
In order to satisfy the warranties you must have proof that your airvest or jacket has been serviced as a minimum of every 2 years.
