Helite UK – Delivery & Returns Policy

This Delivery and Returns Policy forms part of the Terms and Conditions of sale between Helite UK (“we”, “us”, “our”) and the customer (“you”, “your”). By placing an order through our website, you agree to the terms set out below.
1. Delivery Policy
1.1 Order Processing
All orders are subject to availability and acceptance. Orders placed before 12:00 pm (GMT) on working days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays) are typically processed and dispatched the same day. Orders placed after this time will be processed on the next working day.
1.2 Delivery Methods and Timescales
• Standard UK Delivery: Estimated delivery within 2 working days after dispatch. DPD tracked services.
• Express UK Delivery: Available for most orders placed before 12:00 pm (GMT). Delivery is usually made on the next working day (Monday–Friday).
• International Delivery: We deliver to most countries using tracked courier services. Delivery times vary depending on destination and local customs processes.
All delivery times stated are estimates only. We shall not be liable for delays outside our reasonable control (e.g., courier disruptions, customs delays, or force majeure events).
1.3 Delivery Charges
Delivery charges are calculated at checkout based on the total order weight, size, and destination. Free standard UK delivery is available for orders over £150 (including VAT).
1.4 Risk and Title
Risk in the goods passes to you upon delivery. Title to the goods passes only once full payment has been received by us.
1.5 Order Tracking
Upon dispatch, you will receive an email containing tracking details. You may use this information to monitor your delivery progress via the courier’s website.
2. Returns, Exchanges, and Refunds
2.1 Right to Cancel (Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013)
If you are a consumer (not purchasing in the course of business), you have the legal right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods without giving any reason. To exercise this right, you must notify us in writing (by email or post) within this period.
2.2 Returns Period
In addition to your statutory rights, we offer a 30-day returns policy for unused, unworn, and undamaged items, starting from the date you receive your order.
2.3 Conditions of Return
- Returned goods must:
- Be in original condition, unused and unmarked;
- Include all original packaging, labels, manuals, and accessories; and
- Be accompanied by proof of purchase (order number or receipt).
- We do not recommend the use of Royal Mail for returning goods.
We reserve the right to refuse refunds or exchanges if goods are returned used, damaged, or incomplete.
2.4 Non-Returnable Items
The following items are exempt from return (unless faulty or not as described):
• Custom-made or personalised products;
• Software or digital goods once downloaded;
• Items that, for hygiene reasons, cannot be resold once opened.
2.5 Return Procedure
1. All reuterns must be booked in online – by using the below button and compelting the reutrns form.
2. You will receive confirmation acceptance of the return and be provideided with the return address label and instructions.
3. You are responsible for the cost and risk of returning goods unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
4. We strongly recommend using a tracked and insured postal service.
2.6 Refunds
Refunds are issued to the original payment method only. We will process refunds within 14 days of receiving the returned goods or proof of postage. Original delivery charges are non-refundable unless the item was faulty or sent in error.
